This book set me on a path to eating healthier, I reduced my A1c from over 13 to under 7.5 in just nine months and I am now taking less than 25% of the insulin dosage that I was taking just over one year ago.
I never feel hungry, I have no food cravings, always feel comfortable and enjoy lots of foods.
